Role at Emerson: Jennifer focuses on portfolio construction and asset allocation and provides research and recommendations for Emerson's fixed income and equity products. In addition, she maintains the firm’s ongoing claim of GIPS® compliance, executes trades for client portfolios and is a member of the Investment Strategy Committee.
Experience: Previously, she was a senior client service associate and portfolio associate at Emerson, and a research associate for Eduventures, Inc. She credits Emerson with helping her learn many aspects of the investment business, such as equity and fixed-income investing as well as portfolio management — knowledge that convinced her to sit for the Chartered Financial Analyst designation exam. She is a member of the CFA Institute and the Boston Security Analyst Society. Jennifer is a cum laude graduate of Boston College (BS).
